This pancake mix was one of their first products showcasing regionally grown and milled grains, featuring soft winter wheat and rye.
Directions: For 6-8 pancakes preheat lightly oiled griddle. Combine 1 cup of flour with 1 to 1 1/2 cup milk and 1 egg. Pour batter, cook until bubbles on pancakes no longer burst. Flip, cook until golden.
Ingredients: Organic White Whole Wheat Pastry Flour, Organic Rye Flour, baking powder (non-GMO corn starch, sodium bicarbonate, and monocalcium phosphate), baking soda, salt.
