We are hiring for two Farm Manager positions for the upcoming 2026 season! If you are interested, please read on!
Who We Are:
Wonka’s Harvest is a no-till vegetable, flower, and herb farm that is committed to increasing accessibility for local food and working with the land in regenerative ways. We are a small team who work very closely with one another and like to have fun while getting the job done. Our farm culture is committed to accessibility, sustainability, and camaraderie.
Job Description:
We are looking to hire two farm managers, to work closely on a three person management team with owner Patty Grimmer and manage our seasonal staff of 6-10 crew members. The expectations below will be split between the management team, and individual roles, duties, and titles will be defined based on your interests and experience. This position is a full-time commitment from March to November, with up to 20 hours per week through the Winter. Outlined below highlights the diversity of job requirements and seasonal expectations to give a good idea of what a manager at Wonka’s Harvest does. Because Wonka’s Harvest is a young and diverse farm, there is a lot of room for new developments, revenue avenues, and experimental trials so we are looking forward to hiring people with creative ideas and interests!
The existing managers, Anna Gebarski and Ravine Kolden, are looking forward to start hands-on training with the soonest availability so our start date for these positions are flexible, with a preference for qualified candidates who can begin working on a part-time basis this Fall.
