Following this infusion, the honey undergoes a meticulous straining to remove the herbs. But, the journey doesn't end there. We elevate the process, employing a double boiler to delicately coax out even more constituents of the herbs into the honey. While this involves slightly higher heat, it's the final touch that amplifies the infusion, unlocking every hidden benefit the herbs offer. Every jar of our infused honey is a labor of love.
